• Customer sends documents by mail
In person
• customer arrives at the State Plant Protection Service and submits documents
Documents to be submitted
• an application specifying the necessary amendments to the documentation and/or conditions of use of a registered plant protection product
• documentation to enable an assessment to be carried out in the documentation and/or conditions of use of a registered plant protection product
• assessment of all the information submitted in the relevant sections required for amendment to the documentation and/or conditions of use of a registered plant protection product
The State Plant Protection Service shall:
• review the documents submitted;
• carry out an assessment of amendments to the conditions of use of the plant protection product;
• decide to make amendments to the documentation and/or conditions of use of a registered plant protection product. -
Payment for service
The service must be paid for:
• from EUR 142,29 to EUR 2632,31 in accordance with the State Plant Protection Service's invoice, issued on the basis of Section 44, 45, 46 or 47 of Cabinet Regulation No 493 of 12 July 2012, “Price schedule for payment services of the State Plant Protection Service”, Annex 2 (see section “Other information”) - “Legislative acts”);
Or
• EUR 142,29 in accordance with the invoice of the State Plant Protection Service, issued on the basis of the Cabinet Regulation No. 493 of 12 July 2012, “List of State Plant Protection Service Charge Services”, Annex 2, paragraph 55 (see “Other information” - “Legislative acts”), if only administrative amendments have to be made have been registered. the documentation of the plant protection product.
